This 1980’s original brick house was purchased by the new owners to transform it into their dream home.
The biggest decision was whether to knock down and re build a new home or keep the bones from the original house and perform a large renovation and extension.
The renovation consisted of 4 bedrooms, 2 offices, 2 bathrooms, powder room, laundry, large living and dining room, extensive outdoor living, double garage and also a double carport and finally the amazing pool, making the small original 250m2 house into a generous 500 m2 home.
No stone was left unturned on this renovation. Hand made waterline pool tiles 15m lap pool with raised spa and fresh water filtration system. Bathrooms consisted of marble floor tiles and 5 star fittings.
