Bayview Apartments

With the existing 4 level apartment block on the beachfront comprising of 23 units ranging from 1 to 2 bedroom, 18 of these apartments were to be transformed from the 1970’s original to modern contemporary design. The kitchens comprising of 2pac cupboards, stone benchtops, glass splash backs.
All bathrooms were stripped and re configured with floor to ceiling tiling, custom vanities to match the kitchens and quality fittings.
Internally all walls were rendered over the original painted brickwork, new travertine floor tiling.
The formiculite ceilings were covered with plasterboard.
With a difficult in town site, the outcome has transformed this complex into one of the towns most exclusive holiday beachfront destinations.
