The idea was to maximise the use of the large block with the construction of a dual occupancy. The demolition of the existing fibro residence allowed for the construction of the new houses. The proposal for this construction was for low maintenance, single story houses with North facing decks to capture the sun and breeze.
This was created with features that includes metal deck skillion roof, stone bench tops, vanities, gloss tiles throughout the kitchen and hall area, smooth rendered brick externally, aluminum windows and doors, large stacker doors opening out onto North facing decks and rendered block fences with timber gates and slating features.
