This 1960’s original Byron Bay fibro beach shack was purchased by the new owners to transform it into their ultimate holiday house.
The renovation consisted of 6 bedrooms, TV room, 3 bathrooms, powder room, laundry, large living and dining room, extensive outdoor living, store room and pool making the small original 100m2 house into a generous 380 m2 home on a generous 1012m2 block.
The 3 luxurious bathrooms consisted of exposed tapware, Carrara marble hexagonal floor tiles and white subway wall tiles, clawfoot baths and freestanding vanity basins on stainless steel legs.
Externally, we continued the original style with a low 1200mm high picket and stone front fence incorporating copper pillar lighting.
