The idea of this renovation was to create the ulitmate outdoor entertaining area, more space and also to modernise the house. This was achieved by excavating under the existing house and building 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry and 2 extra car spaces. A large 12 x 4 meter pool was constructed out the rear of the house surrounded by hardwood timber decking which included a sunken walk –in lounge and a heated spa. Internally the kitchen and bathroom were renovated incorporating 40mm stone benchtops, 2 pac draws and cupboards and a glass splashback with cloud design on the rear.
