A garage was constructed with storage and above was the office/parents retreat which adjoins their bedroom.
Glass balustrading on all verandas was used to maximise the views to the pool and surrounding valleys. The new kitchen is made of solid Tasmanian Oak with soft close runners. The overhead cupboards have motorised touch opening and closing mechanisms. The benchtops are beautiful granite which were hand chosen by the owners. The existing floors were brushbox which we matched with new flooring and in the living room bordered this with a wide Tasmanian Oak floor feature board. Rosewood windows and doors were installed to match existing, while red iron bark was used on all the decks, handrails and feature slatting.
