This renovation was to create a more open floor plan, whilst still maintaining the original footprint. This was achieved by removing the existing internal walls, raising the external walls to create higher ceilings and a new modern skillion roof.Internally the kitchen and bathroom were renovated to include stone benchtops, 2 pac draws and cupboards all with soft closers and a glass mosaic splashback. An 1800 high rendered masonry fence was constructed along the front of the property for privacy and noise reduction. A pool with sandstone external shower tops off this ultimate beach retreat.
