Quoting
Putting together a meaningful quote is a time consuming process. This is our investment in our future clients. Our quotes are thoroughly researched and prepared so it is clear to you exactly what our costs cover. You won’t later discover expensive ‘add-ons’ not previously mentioned in the quote. We don’t charge for our quoting time, so we need to be sure that you are being serious about wanting to build, and wanting to appoint a quality builder. We think you will be surprised at the competitiveness of our quote and the estimated time for completion, in comparison to other builders.
Construction and project management
This is what we like to do. We will deliver on budget and on-time. Our clients are informed every step of the way. Todd Knaus, hands-on Master Builder will be co-ordinating all the trades and is the contact point for clients to discuss the progress of the build.
