We'll discuss timelines, necessary documentation, and how everything will come together. This is a completely commitment-free chat with no cost to you! Our goal is to ensure that we can be the ideal partner for you throughout your building or renovating journey.

You have the option to utilise your existing architectural design plans or collaborate with our building designer to create a custom home design tailored to your vision. Our objective is to transform your ideas into reality. Simply put, bring us your plans or ideas and we'll bring them to life.

Upon completion of your perfect dream design, we offer a fixed price for the build and construction of your dreams. From day one, we like to spell it out clearly, going through the breakdown with you, ensuring your complete satisfaction with every aspect and time frame. Once you're completely happy with everything it entails, you sign on the dotted line, and we get to work.

At this stage, where the magic happens, you'll experience the most thrilling phase of your building journey as your vision comes to life, encompassing everything from surveying the plot and excavating to laying the foundation, painting, landscaping, and the final walkthrough. Throughout this phase, our select team of trades will be there every step of the way, bringing a friendly and positive environment on your job site.

We conduct a comprehensive walkthrough at the end of the build to ensure everything is neat, tidy, and meets our 100% standard. Once satisfied, we proudly hand over the set of keys to your new home, eagerly anticipating a celebratory glass of champagne together!
