Since 2010, Knaus Constructions has been crafting beautiful custom homes and renovations across Byron Bay, with over 55 MBA awards under our belt. Grown out of love for building homes and creating dream spaces for our clients, we've become one of Byron Bay's trusted architectural home builders.
Working the vast majority of his professional life in the construction industry, Todd Knaus formed Knaus Constructions with the mission to craft unique spaces that shape a lifetime for his clients. Starting his apprenticeship in 2001, Todd has worked his way to construction excellence over the span of two decades, applying everything he's learned to guide his team towards success for his client's unique homes.
The combination of the demand for these skills and our genuine care for our clients has grown Knaus Construction into the thriving team of a dozen expert tradesman it is today.

Todd Knaus and his highly competent team of tradepersons and subcontractors did an outstanding job in all aspect of the project to complete a magnificent home to an exceptionally high quality that was brought in on time and within a carefully defined budget. The building was highly detailed and included some challenging elements requiring fine tolerances in the construction.
